Nightly Rates

• Standard Rate:

• NZD $275.00 per night.
• Inclusions: Your stay includes a complimentary gourmet continental breakfast served daily.
• Weekend Rates: Please note that pricing may vary during peak weekends, public holidays, or local event periods.

Occupancy & Configuration
We specialise in providing a quiet, spacious retreat for solo travellers or couples.

• Capacity: Maximum of 2 adult guests.
• Space: While the residence features two bedrooms, we exclusively book to one party at a time to ensure your total privacy. Both rooms are available for your use if required (e.g., for guests preferring separate rooms), but the total occupancy must not exceed two adults.
• Adults Only: To maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the lighthouse surrounds, we do not cater for children or groups larger than two.

Payment Terms
We believe in a stress-free booking process. No pre-payment is required at the time of booking.

• Settlement: The full balance of your stay is due one week before arrival.
• Accepted Methods: We accept payments via PayPal, Cash, or Direct Internet Banking.
